Why not post your weight routines here, your thoughts on exercise are just as valid as anyone else's what's more you have the advantage of knowing "Molly" (training history,injuries,etc.)
There may be some disagreement but no one is going to pick apart your programs, if so I'll be over and give them a thick ear!!, and that includes the "Doctor" but I think he's bark's worse than his bite.

Personally, I don't use Trainers.
But I would recommend if you can afford a personal trainer, Go for it for your body and health. They have a great knowledge and they know how to manage it in every situation.
