What are your thoughts on online coaching?

Is anyone intrigued by online coaching? My hubby wants me to sign up with one on the Carmichael training site.I think Carmichael is one of Lance's trainers. Hubby feels it'll help keep me focused with IM training and thinks in the biking area it would be very beneficial. What are your thoughts?

Sudden pop and pain in deltoid area of my arm, what could it be?

Bigger weight or more reps ?

I know there's kindov a rule on this and what you are trying to achieve, what is what on amount of weight and total reps? Like more reps with lower weights achieves what? And less reps with higher weight? Am I making sense? I have bumped up some of my weight lately because I feel I've gotten...
