Recommend me some good back stretches

well this new weight routine is great, but man, is my back sore! can anyone tell me some good back stretches, especially for inbetween my shoulder blades and my lower back? thanks!

How good are massages?

When I finish the race I usually go home, take a shower, have a bite and lie down to rest. It has worked fine for me all these years. are you more sore the 1st day after pumping iron or the 2nd day?

I started weight training about a year ago, when I got a cheapo weight & bench set (barbell only). I used to get a little sore the next day after working out. Recently, I upgraded my weights to a cast iron plate barbell and dumbbell set. I am now able to do much better training with the dumbbells....

What are your thoughts on online coaching?

Is anyone intrigued by online coaching? My hubby wants me to sign up with one on the Carmichael training site.I think Carmichael is one of Lance's trainers. Hubby feels it'll help keep me focused with IM training and thinks in the biking area it would be very beneficial. What are your thoughts?

Sudden pop and pain in deltoid area of my arm, what could it be?

Bigger weight or more reps ?
