best way to peel an orange

I like oranges and would like to eat more of them, but it seems everytime I try to peel one I can't get it peeled worth a crap and then after I fight with it I don't feel like eating it. There had got to be a trick to it. Anyone know it?

Should i be counting my water intake?

I often take in 3-6 cups of water during a run. I do not count the water as water that I drink during the day. I usually take in 8-12 cups a day on top of that. I figure the water I take in while running is replacement. What do you think?
