Hey. I was wondering if you guys have experienced this. I ran a 13.1 mile run yesterday and ate normally afterward for the rest of the day. The next day though, my hunger was uncontrollable. I ate healthy but a massive amount of caloires compared to what I usually eat (3100). Have any of you guys have this happened to you before and do you guys have any idea on how to curb my appetite so I am not as hungry the next day?

Try with drinking much more water, also before eating drink a glass of water and see if the hunger will pass. If you just started running I think that's normal and your body needs to adapt on a new regime of training. So don't worry, just eat as much as you need, especially if you train a lot, but also drink a lot of water.

yeah, it happens some times. I agree with morpheus - solution is in water - although do not exaggerate with water also...

and fruit - i eat fruit when eating like maniac :)
