I had a recent fall and injured the muscles in my lower right back,the bruising has gone away and most of the pain, but I have what is called a Hematoma just above the back of my right hip. My question is will this go away on it's own or is there something I can do to speed it's recovery?

trauma without bruising to shin

Roughly 40 hours ag0 I tripped over a large block of wood. Receiving trauma to my left shin about 5 inches below the knee. There has been no bruising but is painful to the touch. There is no pain when walking. Could there be a fracture? or should I just give it some time for the pain to go away?
