Goodpasture's syndrome info on emedicine ... anyone diagnosed?

I have just been reading up all about Goodpasture's syndrome and it seems to be a very rare disease indeed. Autoimmune disorders tend to scare me anyway but this seems like an especially horrible one. Has anyone been diagnosed here? I am now all worried that I have got it myself.
