I quit smoking 8 weeks ago, after almost 5 years of smoking - which got up to about 10-15 cigs per day. About a year ago, I developed a smokers cough, which has still not gone away. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help my lungs heal quicker, and perhaps alleviate this cough. Any supplements, breathing exercises, activities, or anything, that will improve the functioning of my lungs? Thank you.
