Stomach keeps growling.

My stomach has bursts of growling days. Even after I have eaten, my stomach will not stop growling. I have no gas related to it, no bloating, no pain, nothing but frequent growling in my lower abdomen. It's not even in my actual stomach area. It's right above the belt line. Any ideas?
