green rectal mucus

i have recently had pretty fowl smelling green rectal mucus with swollen abdomen and feel i need to pass a stool. I do however suffer with irritable bowel syndrome i am trying to get appointment with gp at the moment, would much appreciate a reply,,,,,, thanks T. :$

I’m worried I have bowel cancer. I have stomach cramps and my bowel movements doubled

Recently I have gone from having 1-3 bowel movements a day to about 5-6, I have stomach cramps and no appetite.. i’m eating near enough nothing. The doctor said either IBS or anxiety but I aren’t convinced. I’m 29 but I’m very concerned that this could be bowel cancer.
