My Penis size is oddly large for a 13 years old

So im I turned 13 years old roughly two months ago, (Currently June) and my Penis size is weird to me. Its about 4.3 Inches flaccid and 5.1 inches erect. Other posts indicated to me that its larger than usual at this age and height? Is that true?

16 clear liquid comes out of nipple when squeezed

As the title says, I am 16 and I felt something kind of hard under my nipple and when I squeezed it a clear liquid came out of my nipple! What is going on?! I heard puberty brings this about. Do you think I have anything to worry about. My parents say I am ok and I'm just growing up.
