Hey Doc. M 19, My girlfriend just bought me a penis pump and I just got done using it for my first time. When I took it off my foreskin and Glans are puffed up and swollen kinda like a mushroom shape. I cant get an erection once I took it off also. I put ice on it to help reduce the swelling. Is this normal after using a pump for your first time and if not are there any tips you can recommend doing?

A tip would be to NOT use the penis pump. They can damage your penis - as you've found out.
You're seeing damage from the pump. The tissues are swollen from blood being drawn into them by the pump. They should return to normal in a short period of time.
The pump won't make your penis any bigger.
