I'm sixteen years old and have terrible headaches at random times. I also have muscle spasms on my left side and left foot. I feel very faint and dizzy most of the time. Back Pain in my lower back

Hi, Last week I started to get bad pain in my lower back, Since this first started it has got worse. Today I seem to also have pain at the very top of my right leg (under my buttock) Can anyone help? I cannot get booked into the doctors until next week and feel like I may be wasting there time.
