bumps on lips

i have 3 tiny hard bumps on the outside of my lower lip. they dont look like herpes or cold sores. they are not pussy. they are the color of the rest of my lip maybe just a little white. i dont think they are pimples either. what are they?????

I have a slight bump on the tip of my tongue. It's a little itchy too. You can barely tell it's there, it's a little white speck that's extremely irritating. I can grab it with my teeth and it's stretchy but it won't come off. Can someone help me please? Thanks ?
