Why does my knee hurt while running?

Answered by a doctor

Hey y'all! :wavey: Just wanted to pop in to say hi. :) I've been running for about a year and 4 months, however I've found that I'm starting to burn out from it. Also, my right knee has been bothering me for the last two months - the pain is more on the inside of my knee. Have any of you had...

How to breath properly while running?

Answered by a doctor

What could be the reason for this annoying pain I’ve got just behind the left knee? I’m an amateur runner and I don’t cover extreme distances. This is something that happens to me from time to time regardless of the length of my training. It’s not like a cramp, but more like...

What running program should i pick?

Answered by a doctor

I run a few times a week. Usually a slow 4 miles because no one in the platoon or company can really run that well. I want to get in some long distance runs but I'd like some advice on what kind of a training program to start. I'm thinking 10 miles is what I'd like to get up to. Around a 9 to 8...
