Feet falling asleep

I have had a problem with my feet feeling like they are falling asleep after I jog for long periods of time. Generally after 45 min, or so. I am 32 yrs. old, 5' 10'' 180 lbs. I am in good health and have no other health problems. What can I do to stop this?

Do I increase tempo when I am fully fit with the existing one?

I am a runner for longer period of time and am totally fit and in good shape so I was having this idea of maybe increasing my running tempo for I would like to gain even more physical condition so do I have to increase tempo when I am fully with the existing one?
