I have had a problem with my feet feeling like they are falling asleep after I jog for long periods of time. Generally after 45 min, or so. I am 32 yrs. old, 5' 10'' 180 lbs. I am in good health and have no other health problems. What can I do to stop this?

Mostly has to do with pressure on some of the nerves. It depends on which shoes you have and how tight you tie the laces. Try to not put too much pressure on the toes but still keep where the laces are firm. If it doesn't work, try to met a bigger sized shoe or one with better quality for running.
