I started to run 2 months ago and it already has become kind of a habit. At the beginning I was running in the early morning but I figured out that the evening run fits me more so I am actually seeking some advice about eating after trainings? When? I don't feel like eating after training that late at the evening it is usually about 8.30 pm I am finished with my training so is eating after training a must at all?

Well nothing as a must but it is always better eating after trainings in the first 30 or 45 minutes after you are done with running the fact is that your muscles need some fuel after such training and also some glucose would be fine. I also run in the evenings and I eat some light meal of the small amount and a glass of milk and I always take a piece of cake or a little chocolate and the next morning I got myself a big breakfast for you now the evening after you will be running again so you need some strength and it only comes with the descent meal. And despite the food importance I think that drinking water is much more important before, during and after running for if you came to dehydration stage then it is not a joke.
