Levothyroxine side effects

Has anybody had side effects such as shortness of breath, feeling flush or hot flashes, or panic attacks from levothyroxine. I'm no longer on the meds and been experiencing these every now and again and very randomly.

I had thyroidrectomy 3 weeks ago to remove indecisive nodule. It was benign. The surgeon said the vocal nerve looked good after surgery. I am only able to speak in a whisper and only for a short perdiod of time. Also the scaring is very nodule in one area. Mostly concerned about the voice....
