I'm in a totally different position than the others who have or will have thyroid removal. I am a 79 yr old widow w/nodules on both sides of the thyroid. One side is continung to grow and I take 112 mg Synthroid daily. My endocrinologist has left it up to me whether to have total removal & I'd really like to get some feedback???
