o.O I can't see my uvula! It's 3 days post tonsilectomy. I feel it hanging low into my throat. Seems that's what's producing the gagging feeling. Seems that it's low position is also what's causing wild snoring and apnea. Will is shrink back up into position with time? If so, how much time?

I have had 6 cases of strep throat in the last 6 months, and I am faced with the issue of improving my quality of life and getting a tonsillectomy or going down my current path. I wanted to know if you think the painful procedure has been worth it. After reading this site I'm not sure.
