Hi! This is probably just an ingrown hair. Try to take it out, but do it gently, try not to hurt your self. Find some alcohol to clean it first. Or even better leave it for a couple of days more and it will probably come out by itself. Take care.

Well, you would be surprised how long a hair can stay and grow under your skin, I hope that it will come out soon, but if you are concerned that it could be something else maybe you should see a doctor.
