hi.
ive been on the combined pill now for almost 4 years. I changed from one pill to another about a year ago. when i was put on the different pill i was also advised to take the pill for 3 months at a time and then have my break as i have extremely bad periods and this was my gynos way of taking some stress off of having such bad periods by cutting down the amount i had.

Anyway i take my pill between 6:45pm and 7pm every night depending on the time i get in from college and i have not missed any pills. Unfortunatly i experienced a bad vomitting and diarrhea bug last week luckily it didnt kick in till almost 7 hours after taking my pill.the second day it had stopped and was able to keep down the pill, but the 3rd night it i experienced diarrhea again around 6 to 6 and a half hours after taking the pill. A week before the bug i had experienced a bout of cramping and then bleeding and two weeks on since then ive had the same again,well i think it is. i had unprotected sex (sex without a condom) before the two bleeds started.ive read up on this and i know there is a number of reasons to cause this but since ive takien all my pills at the same time everynight im just confused.

im looking for some advice as to what is causing this.
