Hi...recently diagnosed with early prostate cancer I am embarking on a full dietary and vitamin protocol laid out by my trusted holistic nutritional counselling service.

My question is how do I monitor my progress towards a healing outcome since a p.s.a. test may not be accurate due to vitamin consumption.

I was JUST posting on another thread about how I wanted to know about some prostate health herbs and look at what I just found! So it looks like saw palmetto is a good bet for prostate health along with diet changes and exercise obviously. I think that's something i might try sticking to. I'll assume that you can just get that at any health food store? Thanks for posting on this!

My Father who in had prostrate cancer was advised to regularly drink Cranberry juice by his surgeon who operated on my Father several times. Since then I have developed prostrate problems but drinking Cranberry juice seems to have alleviated these problems slightly.

I've heard pumpkin seeds are good. Didn't see them on the list. Not a particularly nice taste though have to grind them up.
