Interesting article.

I'm not sure I would subscribe to it 100%, but I have heard about the dandelion benefits - even bought this dandelion 'coffee' (not bad).

Cleansing the body of processed foods (and chemicals) to reset the body is a good idea, but I'm not sure I'd give up meats -- I might could for a week or so.
