confused about bleed and symptoms

Im really confused to what my body is doing. im on the cerazetta pill which you take every day as a result of this pill i dont get periods. couple of weeks ago i had to have a few days off from taking it as i ran out and was waiting to see the doctor. the week before i ran out i was very useless taking my pill had so much on my mind things to do etc very unlike me to forget taking them. any after getting my new batch a couple days in i had this horrid pain in my stomach like a pain that you need the toilet but nothing happens? stabbing pain in my stomach then when i stood up it shot around to my lower back. it went after a couple hours. couple days later i got the flu all of a sudden which lasted couple days, then i started bleeding? it was really dark brown almost black with clots that lasted 3/4 days wasnt heavy also i had pains in the left side of my abdomen im still getting the odd twinge also my uterus feels heavy like someone is pushing down on it?? its been a week since i stopped bleeding. i havent been feeling myself at all for the past week, feeling tired all the time, some food is making me feel sick, i had diarrhea for couple days and havent been able to go the toilet since but full of wind.

i am sexually active in long term relationship, he doesnt use condom.

could it be that my body is trying to readjust itself back with this pill cos i hadnt taken it properly or should i be getting myself down the shop for a test?
