I've noticed that Sperms out in the pants in the midnight when i am in sleep atleast 2 times a week only if i go to sleep early it the affects of masturbating .
Could this be linked to masturbating? this problem satrted about a year ago...

The "sperm at night" is called a nocturnal emission. They are very common, and normal. Usually they don't happen often if you masturbate but nothing is "wrong" if they do happen.
It just shows that everything is working as it should.
You can try masturbating more often. It may reduce it.
