i don't know if anyone can help me but i'm desperate and scared. i have been sick for 2 months now and though i went to doctors they either don't take me seriously or gave me meds that don't work. i have been on antibiotics, sinus meds and omeprazole. right now my symptoms are that i'm breathing up this acid gas that burns and dries out my mouth. also, the gas has spread all over even to the back of my neck and head . it make my temples hurt and i constantly have to massage my temples and the back of my head to push out the built up gas before it starts to hurt and burn. this is also causing my eyes to be red and dry, the nerves in my tongue to pinch, difficulty breathing in through my mouth because it feels like the gas is blocking it but i breathe in through my nose fine, also my body gets fevers , my skin is dry, my muscles hurt and cramp up and my urine is hot when i pee. i drink water all day and i am diabetic but my sugars are under control. has anyone experienced something similar?

Hello.
Given the wide range of symptoms you're experiencing, including difficulty breathing and severe discomfort, it's essential to seek immediate medical attention. Go to the emergency room or an urgent care facility to get a thorough evaluation by a healthcare professional. Provide the medical team with a detailed medical history, including any pre-existing conditions, medications you're taking, and any recent changes in your health.
If you feel that your symptoms have not been taken seriously by previous healthcare providers, be sure to clearly communicate your concerns and the severity of your symptoms to the medical professionals you encounter. It's essential to advocate for your health and well-being. If you're not getting answers or relief from your current healthcare providers, consider seeking a second opinion from a different medical specialist. Sometimes, a fresh perspective can lead to a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
Continue to drink water to stay hydrated, especially if you're experiencing symptoms like dry mouth and fever.
Since you mentioned you're diabetic, continue to monitor your blood sugar levels closely, as fluctuations can affect your overall well-being.
Take care!
