It gets better. I tapered from 150 to 0 in about 2 weeks. Not quite as hard as cold turkey, but still hard. Tapering (if 2 weeks can be considered such) helped hugely with the nausea, dizziness, inability to think, etc. The anxiety and irritability, however, are bad. I've been married not quite a year and this is making our relationship really hard. But expecting the irritability and recognizing it as a withdrawal symptom helps. Getting my husband to understand and give me some space would help more. But it's all gradually getting better, so take courage!
