It can just happen. Yes it can be scary but often it resolves on its own.
It's called hematospermia. Blood in your semen.
It can be due to a minor blood vessel or capillary rupture, due to some trauma. It could indicate an infection as well, possibly prostatitis.
Give it a week or so, it can take time for all the blood to come out. If it continues then see a urologist.
