It's called hematospermia. It can be scary.
Often however, no cause is ever found.
It can be from anything. Trauma to your testicles or even just a blood vessel "bursting." Neither of these would be serious.
Have you checked for lumps, just to rule anything out?
A urologist would be your best resource.
