i think it means that you are having discharge - it's just what you get before your period. don't worry! i'm having it too. you should tell you mum, i told mine. you should tell her cause then she can help you be ready for your real period by supplying you with panty liners/pads just in case.

hey guys I got this too. it had blood and browny stuff so i thought it might be my period..
but i wasnt sure so i waited a couple days just using toilet roll to mop it up and when it continued i told my mum i had started my period.
then i started freaking out cos i thought it wasnt.
but girls it is!! just start taking a pad cos its on its way!
