Hi everyone~

I have bipolar disorder, and aside from my lamictal, I have to microdose everything else.  My Lexapro dosage started at 2.5mg and maxed at 5mg.  I've been on it for about 4 months.  Things were fine at first, but i've started some side effects that are quite dangerous for those of us with bipolar disorder.  I'm sleeping about 3-5 hours a night.  (It's not healthy for ANYONE).

I'm exhausted during the day, and sleep a great deal.  (yes, i've tried staying awake all day but it doesnt' help me sleep at night.)  I have restless leg (and arm) and can't focus and have trouble finding words.  And yes - the sexual side effects are awful.

I will slowly wean myself off of Lexapro.  I'm prepared for the withdrawal.  I started with cymbalta for my depression/anxiety/fibromialgia.  Cymbalta was the most horrible withdrawal i have every experiened.  A full week in bed.  If i hadn't know what it was, I would have been back in the hospital.

After Cymbalta I tried Celexa.  Withdral was the same.

I've had it with the synthetics.  I'm going to supplements to help w/ my anxiety.  These numbing drugs are taking away quality of life!  And PLEASE don't take Cymbalta.  It should be taken off the market!
