Muscle weakness after cortizone injection

I had a cortisozone injection in my shoulders (both) for torn tendions. A week later they ran blood work for all forms of arthirthis everything was fine. no Lupos or anything. I left to visit my daughter, helped her moved and really exhausted myself. I noticed for several days later I didn't feel well, no energy, muscle tiredness etc. The next day I began to sweat had been drinking a lot of water, was out shopping and all of a sudden my entire body began to cramp up all over. Was rushed to the ER they ran blood panels for everything and nothing showed up. It's been almost a week since my ER visit and not even my doctor at home who now have my blood work can tell me what is happening to my body. I can't walk pass 10 minutes without having to sit down and rest, I am 53 and never had this to happen to me. I did have the severe cramping a yr ago, come to think of it right after I had had my first injection of cortizone, could this be the link to this?
