It means nothing.
Common side effects include your next SEVERAL periods being early or late AND heavier or lighter than normal. You may also have some spotting and your breasts may be tender.
There is no way to know if Plan B worked or not.
You can test now if you want. Use your first morning urine for the best accuracy.
