I have been taking the Oruvail last few months for my rheumatoid arthritis. I have started with 75 mg 3 times a day. At first it worked OK but then the pain started to appear. Then I have start taking it 4 times a day and then 5 times a day. I am wondering am I gone too far. Am I in danger of Oruvail overdose?

Well you should definitely avoid taking meds on your own without consulting with a doctor. Oruvail should be taken no more then 300 mg a day. If my calculation is right you are taking 375 mg of it daily. It can increase the risk of various side effects. I see that you have not mentioned any side effect and I am glad because of that, but if you notice stomach pain, if you start to vomit, or fell dizzy stop taking it and go to the doctor. You can get internal bleeding or ulcer.
