I had sex end of sept. It was the day after my period ended and had a condom issue so I took contraception soon after. About a week and a half or so later around the 15 I had heavy bleeding which I read occurs with contraception. After it ended and around the 20th we took a test and it was negative so we thought we were in the good but now it's the 28th of nov, over a month later and I still haven't had a period. Is my period back on normal schedule an I'll get it at the beginning of the month or is it supposed to be a month after the period that the contraception causes? Any information would be a major help.

Plan B is basically very concentrated form of regular birth control pills so it contains even a larger dose of hormones. For most women this dose causes changes in menstrual cycle, and pretty much anything can happen to it – bleeding can be heavy or light, it’s possible to start bleeding between periods, or just before period, period can be early or late (7 days of being early or late is expected as minimum). It seems to me that yours is late this month although it was early for the last month. Still, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to visit your gynecologist and check what’s going on, especially if your period doesn’t come soon.

So I just started my period today and it's normal which is not too heavy but a good flow so this means that I am not pregnant correct? I'm pretty sure I can't be since I have my period but I wanna make sure I'm correct?

I mean, you can always do another test, but this is your second period after Plan B (early-late, doesn’t matter now, it hasn’t skipped) and the one test you did was negative. So I really think that you’re not pregnant.
