I have been on birth control (generess fe-oral combination pill) for about four years for acne and anemia. The last time i missed a pill was more than three months ago, and I always take it closely (one to two hours) at the same time each night. I have recently been seeing and feeling more pregnancy symptoms than normal the past two weeks. I lost my virginity about five weeks ago on the day my last period finished. The only contraceptive was my birth control. However, and I know this sounds strange, he still had his boxers on so I'm not sure if semen came in or not. He also says that he didn't ejaculate. I usually have my period every two months so missing my period is typically normal for me. I can't remember the last time I actually needed a tampon because my periods are so light. I've been having mid-upper back pain if I am on my feet for too long. Three days ago when I was supposed to have my period, I spotted brown-redish blood that could imitate implantation bleeding. I have also been having some pressure and dull pain near or on the pubic bone, usually towards the left side, which I have never experienced before. I've never had cramps before, and now I am experiencing very mild cramps. I have also been bloating a lot where my uterus and lower abdomen is and have been experiencing constipation, which got better with the laxatives I took for three days. However, my family has a history of irritable bowel syndrome. I'm also on an antidepressant (wellbutrin) and ADHD medication (daytrana). I take allergy medicine (Allegra D) for my headaches daily too. However, I'm not experiencing breast tenderness or swelling, weight gain, fatigue, excessive cervical mucus, food aversions, food cravings, sensitivity to smells, or morning sickness. Just to let you know, I don't keep up with ovulation. I'm stressing a lot about this and having major anxiety, which I have been diagnosed with, over it for about three weeks. Could my body be experiencing these symptoms because of stress and anxiety? Could all of these symptoms be pregnancy, or side effects of birth control and my other medications?
