After my first Copaxone injection I was so bad that I didn’t know what to do. After second I was better but still I don’t know should I call my doctor.

Yes feeling achy is one of the side effects of Copaxone. That’s pretty common but if you feel very bad, you should call your doctor. I also have MS and my doctor told me that body aches, flu symptoms, fever and chills can be possible side effects and that I always need to tell him about these symptoms. Then he can tell me what medications I can use to relief my pain.
