Recently I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. My doctor prescribed to me Avonex. I started to take it two weeks ago and I noticed some strange signs. I feel very weak and I also have problems with nausea and vomiting. Does anybody know are nausea, vomiting and faint a side effect from Avonex?

Don’t worry. Nausea, vomiting and weakness are the cost common side effects of Avonex. These side effects are not dangerous and you will probably stop to feel them very soon. If that’s not happen, then you should tell that to your doctor. I had bad headaches when I started to use Avenox.
