I had sex for the first time early in the morning on April 19. We used a condom, and as far as I know it didn't break (he didn't mention anything about it breaking). To be safe, I took Plan B at noon on April 20. I took the pills spaced out by 12 hours like the directions say. My last period was March 30 and it is now April 24. I'm not too concerned about pregnancy, but my breast became tender last night (April 23). Does this sound like pregnancy or period symptoms?

I have taken Plan B before. it is the hormones from the pill that is making your breasts tender. The pill like amplifies the symptoms of your period a lot. you should be fine.
