I take 400 my of Seroquel at night, however, this drug is NOT a sleep aid. It is a antipsychotic drug prescribed to mainly those suffering from chemical imbalances. I'm diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, Agoraphobia and PTSD. A doctor is not going to prescribe you Seroquel for sleep unless they are a quack. Try for Ambien, or a lighter drug Elavil.

Seroquel is a POWERFUL medication that is prescribed for bi-polar disorder and other other mental disorders.
It can cause all kinds of adverse reactions and can have long-term side affects on your liver and other things. It's not something that a doctor should be prescribing for simple sleep disorders.
