I have been on Zoloft for easy 10yrs now and every time i have tried to go off it i also get the zaps behind my eyes. It has to be the most horrible feeling ive had along with the shakes, tearyness, headaches and anxiety. If u had of known of this side effect i would never had started this medication. I will admit that it has helped with my depression and most of all panic attacks but now that i feel my life is on track and i could funtion without the meds, the withdrawls keep me on it. I was shocked and saddened to see how many other people have experienced this but somewhat relieved that im not the only one and that there is people out there that can relate to my problem as i have discussed this with my GP who looks at me like a fool.
