This exercise is great for biceps and your forearms. To perform this exercise you will need a bench or a chair.

Extend your legs forming 45 degree angle with the floor. Put hands at your sides on the bench or a chair. Put all your weight on your hands.

Bend your arms in elbows and go down with your body as much as possible. Return to starting position.

Inhale as you bring your body up. Exhale when you go down with your body.
