This exercise is great for your lower back. To perform it you will only need an exercise mat.
Lie face down on the exercise mat. Your arms are stretched out directly overhead.
Raise your left arm, chest and your right leg off the floor. Squeeze muscles and hold it there for one second. Lower back to the ground, and repeat with right arm and left leg.
Inhale as you raise your body and exhale as you lower the body to the ground.
