This simple exercise is excellent to relieve tension in your neck and upper body.

Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight.

Interlock your fingers in front of you. Slowly turn your palms up towards the ceiling and push your arms up. You will feel a stretch through your shoulders and spine.

This stretch is designed to remove tension and elongate the body, this is why you shouldn’t crunch your neck and shoulders too much.
