This is a great exercise for stretching your quadriceps. You can perform it without equipment.

Hold on to something stable, a wall for example. Stand in relaxed position.

Lift right leg, grab your ankle, and gently pull. You will feel a stretch through quadriceps.

Keep your upper right leg parallel with the extended leg. Stay in this position for 30 seconds.

Switch legs and repeat the same motion with left leg.
