Stand upright with your feet on the floor and shoulder width apart. Raise barbell to your chest and keep your elbows slightly in. Your back is straight.
Press bar to arm's length overhead. Lower to your upper chest.
Inhale as you raise barbell and exhale when you slowly return to starting position.
