To perform this exercise you will need a broom stick or something similar.

Stand relaxed, feet shoulder width apart. Place a broom stick in your hand. Hold broomstick in the middle. If you hold it at the end you are adding more resistance. Stick is perpendicular to the ground. Slowly lower it and you will feel a little bit of resistance in your elbow. If you feel pain in your elbow try to bend it a bit, because this will make performance slightly easier.
