bumps and red spots n legs after shaving

I always get tiny red spots on my legs where the hairs have been after shaving. I have tried creams, depilators, waxing, all forms of hair removal available at the supermarket, but it's ALWAYS the same thing. Moisturiser doesn't help either. What to do???
