Constant water infections

Hello, I am 25 and have this constant water infections since I was 17. The hardest was the first time (bursting feeling etc), then I got used to it!!! Then it was ok, but for the last year it happened 5 times! I am going nuts. What can I do??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
